Wanted to like it

Its beautiful and cute, but after the initial walkthru, it leaves so much unexplained. The interface is too busy to make much sense, and guilds are imo a joke. Try to join one (and as far as I can guess, you can only attempt one at a time), and you may wait forever without any information. I actually joined one once, tried to participate in the guild battle, but couldnt due to not enough members to fill it (requires 4, and although my guild had 46 members, it would never offer more than two).
Other unanswered questions - what are ally costumes for when it always says I do not have an ally for it? What is deify an ally, and why does it bring up a list of allies I do not have? The list goes on.
